2011 NBA Playoff Update

Has this been one of the best years in NBA Playoff history or what? It’s only getting better in the Conference Finals. All four teams, Dallas, OKC, Chicago and Miami are great teams, with great talent. Every game has been a nail bitter and it doesn’t look like that is going to change anytime soon.

OKC vs. Dallas-

This has been a great series. Can anyone stop Dirk? Will Westbrook realize he should be playing the role of Robin and let Durant be Batman? It’s the Vets vs. the Young Guns in this series and so far, the Vets are taking charge. They are up 2-1 in this best of 7 series, with the next game coming tonight. Will the Thunder roll over and go down 3-1? Or will the Thunder roll right over Dallas and get this series back to even at 2 a piece? Tune in tonight at 8pm central time to find out.

Miami vs. Chicago-

Lebron James made “The Decision” to take his talents to South Beach. If you remember, Chicago wanted him as well, badly. Now, these two teams are fighting it out for a chance to represent the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals. So far, the new “Big 3” of Lebron James, D-Wade and Chris Bosh and been burning the Bulls on there way to a 2-1 lead. For some reason though, I don’t think Chicago fans are worried. They have one of the best, if not the best young talents in the game today, Derrick Rose. He has power, speed, improved shooting ability and is just flat out a great leader. I don’t think he is going to let his team get bulled over. He, along with Boozer and Noah make up a pretty nice “Big 3” of there own. Big enough to cool down the Heat? You will just have to tune in Tuesday at 7:30 central time to find out.
